Delivery & Pickup
Pick-up is only available locally to clients residing in Vermont Square, Leimert, and areas surrounding 90062. Delivery will be the main form of product retrieval (unless stated for pop-ups, markets, events, etc.). Delivery pricing is as follows: 1-3 miles: $3 3-5 miles: $5 5-7 miles: $7 7+: $10
Order Timeline & Required Notice
Cakepops & Cookies: Order 3 days BEFORE hand-off date. Ex. Need to receive an order ON January 10th? Place your order by January 7th. Custom & Large Orders: Order 5-7 days BEFORE hand-off date (depends on order complexity). Ex. The client's event is on Jan 8th. Jan 7th is the client's preferred hand-off date. Order must be created on Jan 1st.
Late Pickup
When choosing pick-up, orders must be picked up within a 30 minute window. This means 15 minutes before your pickup time, and 15 minutes after your pickup time. A $5 late pickup fee will be added if this window is missed and no communication has been made. Please contact us ASAP if there are changes to your pick-up schedule.
Payments
Payment methods include Cash, Apple Pay (Website Orders), Google Wallet (Website Orders), Tap-to-pay (In-person), Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to cover the project materials and product prep-time. This must be paid within 3-5 days of ordering; the rest of the balance is due upon product hand-off. Your deposit will confirm your order spot in the order queue/schedule. Cancellations and refunds stated in the next section.
Damaged Items
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Mini Pink Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or extreme temperatures. We will be sending digital care instructions for Cakepop and Cookie care.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cakepops & Cookies: Cancellations done 2 days BEFORE the hand-off/due date will get 75% of the deposit refunded. Cancellations done AFTER the 2 days will not receive a refund. At this time, we have already purchased materials and scheduled production. Custom & Large Orders: Cancellations done 4 days BEFORE the hand-off/due date will only get 75% of the deposit refunded. Cancellations done AFTER the 4 days will not receive a refund. At this time, we have already started production.
Order Changes
Cakepops & Cookies: You can make changes to an order if it is done 2-days BEFORE the hand-off and will be charged accordingly. Custom & Large Orders: You are allowed to make changes to an order if it is done 7-days BEFORE the hand-off and will be charged accordingly.
How To Store Products
Cakepops are to be kept in original packaging AND transferred to an airtight container. Follow the time-frame below for Cakepop freshness: 1 week in room temperature. 2 weeks in the fridge. 3 months in the freezer. When ready to eat a Cakepop from the fridge, keep it in the airtight container and thaw in room temperature for AT LEAST 4 hours. When ready to eat a Cakepop from the freezer, keep it in the airtight container and thaw in fridge for AT LEAST 4 hours.
Allergy & Ingredients
Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contact, allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed. Allergen information can be found in the product's description. If not listed, please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a specific item.
Photography Permissions
Mini Pink Bakery reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing and social media unless otherwise requested by the customer.
